Pizzastock 6.5 Battle of the Champions & Pizza
The battle of the band style competition will feature the previous four winners of these music shows highlighting local teens and young adults. Their passion for music and helping others shines through each performance.

“Fourth Degree” PS 2.5 winner consists of 4 bandmates, Jake Hudgins (lead vocals, keyboard), Tate Pinyochon (lead guitar), Ryan Geary (vocals, bass guitar), and Tommie Wood (vocals, drums). These former Pinkerton Academy classmates have been playing together since 2017. The talented young performers set list contain a variety of rock pop original songs. Their debut album titled “Rollin” and second album “There, Back a Tiny Hat” harness the power of pop with hits like, “Audry Ann” and “Rich Girl”. They have recently wrapped up a four-show stint at the Joy Nest in Newburport MA, along with a farewell summer special concert in Tommie’s front yard!
“Crescendo’s Gate” PS winner 3.5 consists of 4 talented young adults from NH. Ella Burroughs (lead vocals), Jake Young (vocals, bass guitar), Joey Peavy (vocals, lead guitar, keyboard) and Aidan DeNeill (drums). This rock band exploded onto the music scene in 2017. They have played hundreds of shows around all around New England including the SNHU Arena, the Hard Rock Café in Boston, and Foxwoods Casino and Resort. To date they have recorded several original works including “The Island”, and “Aurora”. Please enjoy Crescendo’s Gate as they play favorite classic cover along with rock-spins of modern pop.
“Cozy Throne” PS 4.5 is made up from 4 random kids in a basement; Amara Phelps (vocals), Ben Ferrari (vocals, lead guitar), Harry McCallum (bass guitar) and Lindy Snell (drums). Staying true to their roots, and their audience, they play music simply for the love of it. They do what they want, when they want, and how they want. They have a deep bond and friendship which shines through on stage and off. Their debut EP “I’ll Tell You What Freedom Is” accomplishes just that. Be who you are; Love, Laughter, and Good Vibes.
“Second to Last Minute” is the most recent PS 5.5 winner and is made up of 5 high school students from Derry, Londonderry, and Windham. Emerson Carracedo (vocals), Lorelei Stahl (vocals, various instruments), Logan Bower (lead guitar), Killion Daron (bass guitar), and Elliott Lempke (vocals, drums). They have recently opened at the Press Room Portsmouth and have 2 EP’s being released soon. They are proud to be part of the Pizzastock mission and are excited to take part in whatever is thrown at them next.
The Jason R Flood Memorial was created as a way for the Flood family to connect with local youth and honor the memory of their son Jason. A Pinkerton Academy graduate, Jason lost his battle with depression and died by suicide on November 20, 2016. He was an honor student, athlete, musician, he was 18.
Our mission is to raise awareness and the ability to reach out when warning signs are recognized. Partnered with mental health providers and organizations help us build leadership and confidence in our young audience allowing them to speak up and erase the stigma of mental health issues.
“Pizzastock” is our music trademark we use for our fundraiser events. These events were put into place to give Jason’s friends an opportunity to remember him, while spreading the message that “You Are Not Alone”. We encourage our talented participants to meet, share, and discuss their passion. The age range of performers is middle school to young adult. Their professionalism, desire to help, and be part of their community is impressive.
