The Upper Room's 19th Annual Auction
This event is The Upper Room's largest fundraising event of the year, and your participation and support is greatly appreciated. Learn more about the Upper Room's family programs and services at https://www.urteachers.org.
Theme: To get into the Roaring 20's mood, we encourage you to arrive dressed in your best 1920's attire complete with Gatsby-inspired suits, flapper dresses, beads and feathers!
Parking: You will have one parking spot plus one open spot for you and your guests to spread out with lawn chairs, etc. There is room for 75 cars at $100 - up to six people per car.
Food & Drinks: A complimentary meal and your first signature drink, Prohibition Punch, will be delivered to you and your guests.
Music: Settle in while listening to the smooth sounds of the local Jazz Band, Swing State.
Bidding: The ever-lively Auctioneer, Bill Burke, will lead the bidding festivities. Exciting packages, get-a-ways, and experiences will be up for bid and can be previewed at https://www.urteachers.org/auction-2020. This event will also be streaming live to your car radio.
Silent Auction: In addition, a separate week-long ONLINE Silent Auction will be ongoing during the week of Oct. 30 - Nov. 6, 2020. Visit www.urteachers.org for information.
